AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

Agent Hustle Network offers you an opportunity to become an independent Agent Hustle Network Affiliate (“Affiliate”), wherein you have the opportunity to earn money by promoting Agent Hustle Network products, services, and memberships. Agent Hustle Network reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine the commission each Affiliate receives for their efforts. See also the Agent Hustle Network Terms and Conditions, which apply to your role as an Affiliate unless otherwise provided.

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in Agent Hustle Network’s Affiliate Program. By clicking “Sign Up,” you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

SECTION 1 - PARTIES

All references to “Agent Hustle Network” herein refer to Avant Real Estate Group, Inc., doing business as Agent Hustle Network. All references to “You” or “Your” refer to the individual or entity executing this Agreement. Both parties are collectively referred to as the “Parties.” You agree to notify us in writing of any changes to your account information within 24 hours at affiliates@agenthustlenetwork.com.

SECTION 2 - APPLICATION

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your Affiliate application. Agent Hustle Network reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its sole discretion. Not everyone who applies for Agent Hustle Network’s Affiliate Program will qualify to participate.

SECTION 3 - CONSENT TO BE CONTACTED

You consent to be contacted at the email and phone number provided regarding your Affiliate application and program updates. You may revoke this consent only through a written notice to affiliates@agenthustlenetwork.com.

SECTION 4 - COMPENSATION

Upon approval, you'll receive a unique Affiliate ID to track sales. Commissions (“Commissions”) are earned as follows:

(i) First-Tier Affiliate: 40% Lifetime Commissions on direct referrals.

(ii) Second-Tier Affiliate: An extra 10% Lifetime Commissions from sales made by Affiliates you directly refer.

If a prospect has multiple affiliate cookies, the most recently-acquired cookie will determine which Affiliate is credited. Agent Hustle Network retains sole discretion to deny or revoke Commissions based on affiliate-hopping or similar behavior. Affiliates will not earn commissions on their own purchases.

Commission payments are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month, following the 45-day holding period. If a payment date falls on a holiday, commissions will be paid on the preceding business day.

Your combined commissions must exceed $100 USD within 120 days. If this threshold is not reached within 120 days, those commissions will be permanently forfeited.

Payment methods may incur processing fees, which will be deducted from your commissions.

You must complete required tax documentation (W-8/W-9) and third-party payment registrations before receiving payments. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction, including reporting income and paying all applicable taxes.

Commissions are paid only for genuine, confirmed transactions. Affiliate-hopping or similar practices will result in Commission forfeiture.

SECTION 5 - TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement begins upon acceptance and continues month-to-month until terminated by either party. Agent Hustle Network reserves the right to terminate or suspend Affiliate accounts for breaches of this Agreement, violation of laws, or high dispute rates (above 2%). Termination forfeits unpaid Commissions.

This Agreement will automatically terminate if You earn no (zero) Commissions over a 12-month period. Upon termination, all sections related to indemnity, disclaimers, limitations of liability, arbitration, and warranties will survive.

Agent Hustle Network reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately, without notice, if any sale is procured fraudulently or violates this Agreement or applicable laws. All unpaid commissions will be forfeited immediately.

SECTION 6 - ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

You confirm there are no pending investigations or lawsuits against you related to consumer protection or advertising laws. Notify us immediately if such actions occur.

SECTION 7 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement and Agent Hustle Network’s Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior agreements related to your Affiliate status. In conflicts, this Agreement prevails.

Appendix A - Advertising Rules

General Compliance: Adhere strictly to applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited advertising methods include telemarketing, fax, or unsolicited texts. Do not offer cash incentives. Affiliate is strictly prohibited from making claims inconsistent with or beyond the scope of official Agent Hustle Network marketing materials. Affiliate shall not offer monetary incentives (cash rebates or rewards points) to Prospects in return for responses or purchases.

Disclosure: Clearly display:
Disclosure: I am an independent Agent Hustle Network Affiliate, not an employee. I may receive referral commissions. Opinions expressed are mine and not official statements of Agent Hustle Network.

Non-Disparagement: Do not negatively comment about Agent Hustle Network or its competitors. Prohibited from deceptive SEO tactics. Affiliate shall not engage in paid search marketing using Agent Hustle Network trademarks, brand names, or the trademarks of competitors.

Social Media: When advertising on social media, Affiliates must comply with all the following:

●  Each post must contain @AgentHustleNetwork or #AgentHustleNetwork.

●  Each post must contain #ad in a clear and conspicuous location before the description text and any “More” button.

●  Each Facebook or Instagram post must use the platform’s “Paid Partnership” tool.

●  Each YouTube post must clearly display “Ad,” “Advertisement,” “Promotion,” or “Paid Partnership” continuously in the top right-hand corner.

If Affiliate advertises on other text-based social media (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads), Affiliate must clearly include “#ad” or “#promotion” in each post, and comply with each platform’s disclosure guidelines.

Income Claims: No guarantees of income allowed. Disclose clearly: "Results vary based on effort, experience, and market conditions. No income guarantees are made."

Trademarks: Limited license to use the 'Agent Hustle Network™' name solely for advertising purposes. No trademarks or domain names containing 'Agent Hustle Network' are permitted.

Complaints: Report advertising complaints within 24 hours to compliance@agenthustlenetwork.com.

Independent Contractor: You are an independent contractor, not an employee, and responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

No Warranty/No Leads: Agent Hustle Network provides no guarantees of leads or income. You understand this is not a guaranteed business opportunity, franchise, or assisted marketing plan.

Limitation of Liability: Liability is limited to a maximum of $2,000 or three times monthly payments, whichever is greater.

Dispute Resolution: All disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be settled exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with no allowance for class actions.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and protect Agent Hustle Network from claims or liabilities resulting from your activities as an Affiliate.

Severability: Invalid provisions are modified as necessary to comply with laws without affecting remaining provisions.

Modifications: Any modifications to this Agreement will be communicated via email, posted on the affiliate center, or published on our website. Your continued acceptance of commission payments confirms your acceptance of any modifications.
